So an Arizona home builder giving away a free Bentley when you buy the house should not seem so strange. There are two multimillion-dollar custom homes that have been sitting on the market for about a year. The two houses that are offering this “sweet†deal are over 7,500 sq ft and range from under $4M to just under $5M.
They are located in a very wealthy area of Phoenix called Paradise Valley. This is also where famous heavy metal musician Alice Cooper has a summer home. Homes in the area are selling for about $1M less than what their original price was.
Five Star Development Group is offering the free car with the purchase of one of these homes. They understand that the buyers in this range can easily afford to buy a Bentley on their own, but they hope that this offer will create a buzz and get these potential buyers out to view the homes in these upcoming weeks.
They are offering other incentives in lieu of the Bentley like vacation trips and a $200,000 reduction, the same value of the Bentley, off the asking price.
